These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and bet6d (hereinafter referred to as "bet6d", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://bet6d.click (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, Users must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bet6d operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one registered Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identity documents, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided at registration — including full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate and current. Users are obligated to notify bet6d promptly of any changes to their registered details.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bet6d or any of its affiliated companies or licensed game studios.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including the ability to place wagers and process withdrawals, Users must complete the registration process by providing all required information and consenting to these Terms.

Upon registration, Users are issued login credentials comprising a username and password. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted through their Account. bet6d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain credential security.

Users must not share their Account credentials with any third party. Permitting another person to access or operate your Account — whether for wagering purposes or otherwise — is expressly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of your country and jurisdiction of residence.

You specifically agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will not use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or third-party software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from bet6d.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access control, or technical protection measures implemented on the Platform.
• You will not transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Platform.
• You will access the Platform using only one Account registered in your own legal name.
• You acknowledge that outcomes in all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and that no outcome is guaranteed or predictable.
• You acknowledge that sports betting markets are subject to odds movements, match suspensions, and settlement rules that are final and binding as determined by bet6d.

bet6d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or fully compatible with all devices or network configurations.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. bet6d does not impose deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. bet6d will not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. Funds deposited via accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered User may be held pending investigation and are subject to forfeiture in cases of confirmed fraud.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a User's Account has successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, subject to method availability. bet6d reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative verified method where the original deposit method is not available for payouts.

Estimated processing times by method are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes during operational hours.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5–15 minutes during operational hours.
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes; subject to receiving bank processing schedules.
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to network confirmation times; typically 10–60 minutes depending on blockchain congestion.

Processing time estimates are indicative only. bet6d's finance team operates daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (GMT+8, KL Time). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing on the next available operating period.

bet6d offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all bet6d promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless otherwise stated.
2. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Live casino games may contribute a reduced percentage. Specific game exclusions are listed in individual promotion terms.
3. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly structured as a recurring or weekly reward.
4. Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering conditions expire after the period stated in individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
5. Abuse & Collusion: Any User found to be exploiting bonus structures, engaging in matched betting, or coordinating with other accounts to systematically extract promotional value will have their bonuses voided and Account suspended.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to bet6d's published betting rules for each respective market and product category. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that event or game.

General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. bet6d does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in cases of manifestly erroneous odds (see below).
• In the event of a manifestly incorrect price or obvious error in published odds, bet6d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account at its sole discretion.
• For live (in-play) betting markets, bets accepted prior to a material event in the match (e.g., a goal, red card, or penalty award) will stand, provided the bet was placed and confirmed before the event occurred.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules will be applied in accordance with bet6d's published market rules for each sport.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and event. bet6d reserves the right to limit bet sizes or maximum winnings for any User or market at its discretion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening, operating, or participating in the operation of more than one Account.
• Using another person's personal details, payment methods, or identity documents for registration, deposit, or withdrawal purposes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence system to place wagers without prior written authorisation from bet6d.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any person under the age of 21.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of undisclosed third parties.

bet6d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of activity inconsistent with legitimate personal gambling use.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Compliance with a directive from a licensing or regulatory authority.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content, design elements, software, graphics, logos, trade marks, and database rights associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of bet6d or its respective licensors. No licence, right, or interest in any such Intellectual Property is granted to Users by virtue of accessing or using the Platform.

Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bet6d. Unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet6d shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

bet6d's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

bet6d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits may be set by the User at any time via the Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations and receive periodic pop-up reminders of time elapsed during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may apply a temporary account restriction of 24 hours to 30 days during which wager placement is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated period and will be enforced without exception.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding users of time and funds spent within a session.

The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

bet6d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its published Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. bet6d does not sell or commercially transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet6d holds its international gaming licence. Users agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bet6d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as it deems necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

bet6d reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material in nature, bet6d will endeavour to provide registered Users with reasonable prior notice via email notification or an in-platform banner notification.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after a published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.
